Making a purchase

Before making a purchase you will need to register your details with us. This helps us to keep track of your data with the aim of providing you with a continually improved service.

Making a purchase is easy. You can browse the website and add products/services to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you can "checkout" using your preferred payment method.

We accept credit cards, debit cards &Paypal online via secure Worldpay. You may also pay us by eBanking or BACS. You may also telephone your order through or mail in a cheque. Please note that we only trade in sterling (GBP) or Euros (EUR). We do not collect or store details of any card you use for purchases.

Refunds and Trading Policy - We follow the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 (Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334) Issued by the department of Trade and Industry. Under section 6.(2).(b) There is no right for the consumer to cancel these services once confirmed i.e. provided credit card / debit card / Paypal / bank account details for payment. Please ensure that prior to confirming your order you are totally satisfied with the description of the package you are purchasing. Confidentiality

The information submitted by you is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any other company.

VAT

Regardless of your domicile, all the products and services which are for intended use within the UK. As such, all products / services attract VAT charged at the current UK rate of 20%. Our UK VAT registration number is 156 5774 33. Any other taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the property of The Official Open Golf Hospitality Club until paid for in full.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order placed with us, either:

1. E-mail us. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within two working days.
2. Write to us. We will acknowledge your letter.
3. Telephone +44 (0) 845 625 8000. Please note that the telephone line is usually manned from 9.00am to 5.00pm UK GMT time Monday to Friday.

Governing Law

This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.
