VIP Accommodation, adult admission ticket and hotel / golf course transfer packages

We offer a choice of packages to take the strain out of your visit to The Open.

THE PACKAGES INCLUDE - Accommodation based on twin room occupancy with full Breakfast, adult admission ticket to The Open on the specified days and transfers from your hotel to Sandwich in the morning and return in the evening. The transfers will be a shared service with other clients. This may be a chauffeured car, executive mini-coach or luxury coach depending upon the number of guests requiring transfers. Transfers will depart at around 7am from your hotel and depart from Sandwich at around 7pm. On the final day the return transfer will depart one hour after the close of the prize-giving ceremony.

HOW TO BOOK -
AS EXAMPLES - TO BOOK 2 PEOPLE IN A TWIN ROOM YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A TOTAL QUANTITY OF 2 ON YOUR SELECTED PACKAGE.
TO BOOK 2 PEOPLE BOTH IN SINGLE ROOMS YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 2 PACKAGES PLUS ADDITIONALLY BOOK 2 SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS.
TO BOOK 3 PEOPLE - 2 PERSONS IN A TWIN AND 1 IN A SINGLE YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 3 ON YOUR SELECTED PACKAGE PLUS 1 SINGLE SUPPLEMENT.
You can book now live online and as you proceed you will be offered a choice of how you wish to pay the deposit. The options include credit or debit card online, credit or debit card over the phone, cheque payment, e-banking payment or PayPal. The balance payment will be payable on further invoice by the same options.
A small charge is made for secure courier / post to send tickets and itineraries to you or to the hotel. As you follow the booking process you will have a choice of how you want to make payment.
